What we will do is that we will adjust your paid amount in the amount of the apartment i.e. we will deduct your paid amount from the apartment's price and the rest of the amount ,you can pay in 3-4 years. It is clear that fpsc put nealy 250 dh /foot extra to compensate the money paid in EC and realy much more , if i want i will by it directly from the owner with much less than 550/foot , who is the jerk will by single bed room with this huge area in dubai ? i told u dont waist ur time and ours even , most people in this blog are finencially crippled bec what have been paid for developers can not be recoved for next comming years if ever , so brother leave us alone , and thank u for ur sevices , find another suitable ,fair job to feed ur family with halal money , hubble openion
