when is it expected to be handed over? for both A and B tower. thx

here's the answer i received in mid september when i asked the question :

Dear Sir,
The Completion date of Tower A is 31st December, 2016, However one to two months will take for the complete handover as the Civil Defense will take a round for inspection of the building but it will not be extended then 30th June, 2017. You will be notified a month before we handover the keys of the apartment to you.

As per electricity and water is concerned at present we will provide you electricity through generators and water tankers would be on rotation for water supply, Government is in the process of putting Water and Electricity plant in Emirates city.

Any update on hand over and dose any one know the handover fees.?

as per the progress i see every day, i think that 31 Dec 2016 is far away from reality. i dont think it will be ready in 45 Days from now. it needs minimum of 3-4 months to get completed. civil defence is just an excuse i think. and what about tower B? i think it still needs a year from now. thx

they cant continue

they can not resume rainbow towers before completing B2, B3, B4, B7, and B8. it might take 2-3 years from now to complete, unfortunately..

Stargiga crooks selling these apartments at 40% less price

There is an ad on dubizzle where stargiga selling apartment through an estate agent on 40% less price. The interesting thing is that they are asking the payment in 24 installments. They sold the apartment to original customer on installments too but after 10 years of wait asking full payment. How can we deal with these cheaters.

How can they sell the unit already Sold ?

How can they sell the unit which is sold already 10 yrs. Ago?; No values for the Investment at all ! Better to take cash back by filing a case against developer ? Before they run from the market ?

By canceling the original owner's contract for non payment. They already have at least 100k payment from the original owner which they keep..These people are scum of the earth not just stargiga but all so called crook developers are practicing this.

i tried to reach solution with bitter homes by any means but seems they dont listen , i visited their offices in dubail than in ajman many times with a lot of excuses and i know they are lying , i told them let us sit and solve this conflict but of no use , khalas this week will file a case against those crooks this week in shaalah
